About us

Hac-Kom Mur Nig Ltd was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters ACT of 1990 on the 22nd day of January 1996 for the purpose of providing standard engineering services to both private and Multinational Companies globally. HKML has successfully executed projects for major Oil Exploration Companies, including the famous Japanese Construction Company JGC, Warri Refinery and Petrol Chemical Limited (WRPC), Chevron Nigeria Limited, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC), Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC), ND Western Limited, Agip and ExxonMobil Exploration company and some marginal oil field operators within the Oil & Gas Industries. HKML is in Supplier status on the Nigerian Petroleum Exchange database (NipeX).

Our activities are managed by project managers, within well-established guidelines and in coordination with the relevant department.HKML organization and procedures covering all activities of work are set out and described in our corporate Quality Assurance & Control QA/QC Manual.
The implementation and updates of the QA/QC procedures are achieved by specifically developed plans, alongside the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Plan (HSSE). They are regularly audited and updated for continuous improvement.

HKML adheres to the principles of record-keeping and HSE compliance. The responsiveness for the implementation of these procedures is clearly defined. Regular audits are conducted to ensure that the work carried out complies with all applicable guidelines.

Description of Activities

Our activities cover most aspects of Engineering Technology. It includes, but is not limited to: Maintenance, Repairs, and Installation of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment, Agriculture, Reclamation, Shore Protection, Restoration of Aquatic Habitat, Construction and maintenance of Roads, Bridges, Houses, etc. Construction of Sludge Slab, Drain and Drainage, Installation of Steel Piled Quay, Solar Power Installation.

Technical And Financial Capability

Over the years, the successes we have achieved have depended mainly on the strength and capabilities of our experienced personnel, who provide and execute strategic and specialized technical services. Our project management system PMS ranges from the traditional Civil Construction works and Maintenance to Mechanical and electrical engineering works. Within the most hostile and difficult terrain of the Niger Delta region, we provide services with special emphasis on the company's strategic plan for marine operations, SPMO. Consequently, our services provide our clients with an added advantage of cost-effective project COP, thereby reducing the project cycle-time PCT. We evaluate and accept projects with their associated risk assumption matrix. Through direct sourcing initiatives with our foreign partners, we provide accredited materials and items of international standard, ensuring quality assurance is maintained. Therefore, Items and Goods procured for use by HKML are guaranteed to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
